I wanted to keep all my flyers from past shows somewhere, so why not here? Im only putting up 10 right now, then 10 tomorrow, etc. Im starting with really old local

Love Lost But Not Forgotten were one of the best bands to ever come out of St.Louis. Every band on this show was a local and broken up now. This was in 2002(I think, 2003 at latest).

Losers Luck was an awesome pop punk 3 piece from St.Louis, as well as Tenpointflaw. TpF was an amazing band to see live and one of the best times ever. This was 2002, I was given this flyer for the show after seeing sum41(dont hate)

This show was one that my mom attended with me, and I'm not sure why I remember that detail. Park was from Springfield and always played the Lou. They had a few full lenghts and they ruled. Centerpoint was a few 15 year olds who werent band, I think they might still be around? Modern Day Hero is now So They Say and a decent band to come from STL. show was in 2004

Adair was one of the best underground bands from our city. TpF was on this show also, and A Wilhelm scream wasn't local, but still one of my top 3 bands ever to see live. 2004? maybe

Good as Famous were and still are good friends of mine and they were fun live. Staying up late was good also, but didnt stick around long. Blinded Black was a decent band, just not my style. Time and Distance is one of the best acoustic style bands. The Lindsey Diaries was one guy, and very well respected. Show was 2004 or 2005

Im getting bored of this but still have 20 something flyers, will update later

These next 2 weeks are being dedicated to finishing, drawing new, and cutting all my stencils I have planned and in the works. I will hopefully update daily, but this post will be boring and include pictures of my old stencils painted on my old room. Click on all pictures for a larger view.

This is above the sink in my previous room. "SEN" was done by artist "Unger" and was just him messing around while I slept. You can see a blue/black 2 layered megaphone stencil, along with a simple old woman's face stencil that I believe some band asked me to do for them and I never got around to getting it to them. There is also a few 2 small stencils of a zombie type face and the indian shooting a star from the lollipops. I still have all those stencils in my collection.

also note the quote "Dropping property value one signature at a time"

This is right in front of the window that leads out onto the roof. There is a life size silhouette of a child pulling a wagon, with the wagon being out of view in this picture. There is a blue/black 2 layer of a character named "peanut" wearing glasses and screaming. I no longer have either of those in my collection.

This stencil is a rip and one of the first I ever did, its a very detailed 1 layer of a little boy pointing a gun. Its still a stencil I have and love.

Frankenstein! This was one of my favorite 2 layers stencils Ive made. In the picture you notice me in the back spraying both layers (black and white) while the front wall only features the black layer. It was destroyed after a night of spraying it, and running from dogs with it. I hope to we draw and cut this stencil soon.

This is a very not original stencil I cut just for some practice and never spray outside of the house.

I started this stencil about a week ago and because of horrible events, I haven't had time to work more on it. Its life size and going to be 2 layers at the least and I have huge plans for it.

I had this picture so I thought I might as well throw it up. It was one I worked on for maybe a day or 2 and then stopped and never had a chance to perfect it. I might revisit the concept and give it another go.

Im using this to keep track of interviews I conduct, or just random thoughts. Im going to start off with Bayside!

Bassist Nick Ghanbarin Photobucket

Bayside has had its shares of ups and downs over the course of their time as a band, and are still pulling strong. After 4 studio releases, countless tours, and even a horrific car accident leaving a beloved member dead, and others harmed. Knowing that it was more about the music and fans they have pressed on as a band and progressed with creating the same quality sound you expect out of Bayside. I had time to speak with Nick before their show.

NT: How is the tour going so far?
It’s been a lot of fun. We are finally playing a tour with The Starting Line which we've wanted to do for ever. It’s awesome.

NT: It that one of the bands you've always wanted to tour with?
Oh yeah! We met them a year and a half ago. We did Warped Tour with them a little bit and I think collectively they are one of the bands we like. [We like] their past couple albums, so it’s nice to get to finally play with them.

NT: Is this one of your better tours, as opposed to with The Smoking Popes, Fall Out Boy or some of the other big acts?
It’s just as fun as any other tour. It’s early on, so we'll see. If I had to pick one tour that I thought was our best tour, that wasn’t Warped Tour. I would say the Amberlin tour about a year ago was the most fun that we've had, and best for our band.

NT: How are the kids warming up to the new album in terms of live?
At this point, they know it it’s been out for over a year now, the songs we are playing have been on our MySpace, or we've had a video, so people know them. They seem to be reacting very well.

NT: How’s your relationship with Victory? Do you still enjoy being with them?
Oh yeah, we are doing our new album with them. They help us pay for the video and put our albums in stores, and that’s all you can really hope for in terms of being a band these days, is that your albums is in store and you do the rest of the work. We can’t complain.

NT: What’s it like being on tour with a newer band like Four Year Strong?
It’s awesome. There are so many bands and we never get to tour with, bands that are up and coming. We normally tour with bigger bands we like and have been around the country and that type of stuff. About a month ago, we headlined a whole tour and brought Four Year Strong, and now we are with them again. They are a breath of fresh air and as far as their songs go, they are full of energy so it’s great.

NT: I’ve heard the last album took more then a year to write. Was it more pain then pleasure for you?
It wasn’t really a year. I think it only took a summer, really. It was June, July and August before we were ready to hit the studio. It took longer because we were kicking around songs on tour and stuff. The actual sitting in the studio, sitting in the practice space and going over the songs were really only two and a half months. I, personally, am not one for the writing process. I prefer being on tour and playing and reaching out to people while we play. The whole studio-and-recording-thing is the most unpleasurable part for me. I just think I have A.D.D or something. For me it wasn’t pain, but wasn’t my most pleasurable experience.

NT: Was the acoustic album something the band has always wanted to do, or more of a right-time right-place kind of deal?
It was more along the lines of everything that has happened to us; to thank the fans and kind of show that we aren’t going anywhere, and this is what we can offer you until we are back as a full band.

NT: Are there any songs you prefer playing acoustic, as opposed to with the full band?
Jack and Anthony are the ones who play, but they switch it up a lot, so I think whatever works acoustic they will play.

NT: Any Chance of hearing anything from: “Long Stories Short" anytime soon?
[Laughs] I don’t know those songs, Chris doesn’t and I’m sure the rest don't remember them.
